Deborah Newman has almost 40 years of court room and trial experience representing individuals, major corporations and small business. She ranks in the top five percent of women attorneys as rated by Martindale Hubbell based on peer reviews. She has been featured in Forbes Magazine and she was selected to teach at the trial academy for a national trial lawyers association. She has settled and tried hundreds of cases. Her most recent win was a will contest case. She has taught at the National Business Institute on Probate matters.
Deborah was on the law review and served as a staff editor. She has large firm background and experience but now works closely with clients on a more personal level advocating for clients and helping them with legal matters. She has successfully argued before the Texas Supreme Court and has been lead counsel in many counties throughout Texas.
In addition, she has the highest rating from the Judiciary and has been designated as having the highest ethical standards and legal ability.
